HERE’S A LIST OF THE TOP 10 TRAVEL DESTINATIONS IN THE US (3 OF THEM ARE IN FLORIDA!)
If you’re planning on hitting the road this summer, we’ve compiled a list of the top US travel destinations, according to the leading grass-roots travel authority, TripAdvisor. Based on the finding from their April 2014 survey, a whopping 89% of the 2,500 respondents stated that they were planning on a taking a summer trip.
Since that figure was 6% higher compared to last year, we’re willing to bet that the harsh Polar Vortex played a part in that number! (Hopefully everyone north of Florida has thawed out by now.) Further, 71% of respondents said that they would travel somewhere new this summer. Perhaps this year, travelers are really looking for an escape from their usual surroundings.
So without further ado, here are the top ranked US destinations that Trip Advisor survey respondents planned on visiting this summer, and yes, 3 are in Florida!
